I didnt think I could fit dessert after a wonderful, filling meal, but this was so light and just enough sweet that I had to have the recipe! So easy to make, yet looks fancy. Enjoy!

  3. 1 cup unventilated whipping cream
  4. 1 pasteurized egg, beaten
  5. 1 cup confectioners sugar
  6. 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
